After selecting a skill, you can zoom in and out on each video to examine key details up close, such as hand placement and body positioning.

Once a skill is selected, you can adjust the playback speed to suit your needs. Watching elements in slow motion allows you to fully understand each phase of the movement. With the built-in slider control, you have complete control over both the speed and direction of playback.
