If you subscribed in the application via Google Play or the Apple App Store:

 

1- Log out, then close the application:

    

 

2- Restart the application:

 

3- Log back in using your login details.

 

4- Please wait while your subscription downloads.

 

5- If the problem persists, delete and reinstall the application, then log in again.
